Q: Why are your products so cheap? 

A: We are a retailer of any other store, you can order from factory directly. Secondly, we operate at a lower overhead than a retail store. For example, we do not employ any sales staff or alterations department, all of which add to the cost of operation. Since we do not need to accommodate for these costs, we can pass all the savings onto our customers. 

Q: Are they brand new? 

A: Yes, they are brand new.

Q: Are they free shipping? 

A:Yes. We deliver the items by using USPS or DHL and it will take 7-10 days for you to receive it (US, UK, CANADA, SPAIN, FRANCE, GERMANY, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, ITALY, NORWAY, BELGIUM, SWITZERLAND,DENMARK,SWEDEN etc.. Other regions may take more days.  If you want to received it in less time but your region not list in above, you can pay $30 to choose FAST SHIPPING option.


Q: Do you ship worldwide? 

A:Yes, we do. If your country is not listed, please feel free to contact us. Please notice that we are not responsible for any local taxes or customs fee that might be impose by your country. 


Q: When will I receive my items after I place an order? 

A:Generally, you can receive your order within 7-10 days for standard shipping. 

Q: Why is my payment failed? 

A: Sometimes your credit card bank will reject your payment in our site .Please contact your bank to accept the payment from our website, check the billing address and pay it again.


Q: Is it safe to use my debit card online? 

A:Protecting your order information is important to us. We use the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information. SSL encryption is a method by which information is encrypted while being transmitted over the Internet. 

Q: Is there a charge for sales tax? 

A:There is no charge for sales tax on all orders. 

Q: Why my payment was taken but the status of the order in my account shows pending? 

A:Generally speaking, after the order payment was completed the status of your order will show Processing, and will not change again till you receive your order. If it shows pending, please contact the customer service via email or online chat to check if your payment has been completed.

Q: Do you offer wholesale discount? 

A:We do offer discounts to our customers who buy in bulk. We are appreciated for your inquire through Customer Service. 

Q: Do you have local stores? 

A:In an effort to keep our prices low, we only do business online at the moment. 

Q: How do I change the shipping address or cancel my order? 

A:Please contact our Customer Service Team immediately if you need to change the shipping address or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement and it will not always be possible to make changes to the shipping address and/or cancel the order.


Q: Can I exchange or return my order? 

A:We want you to be 100% satisfied with any and every order placed with us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase you can return it to us for a refund. We will accept returns for up to 30 days from the date merchandise is delivered. Items returned must be sent back new and unworn, with store tags attached. Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed.
